FireKing Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods

Most FireKing products ship via 53’ truck trailer (full-size freight delivery). To ensure a smooth delivery, the delivery location must be able to accommodate a tractor-trailer, including adequate access, turning radius, and space for unloading.

If your home or business cannot accommodate a 53’ trailer, your order will be transferred to a local LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) delivery truck at the current flat rate of $450.

Accessorial Delivery Fees (Additional Services)

Certain delivery conditions and services may require additional charges, including (but not limited to):

  • Stairs (any number of steps/staircases)

  • Inside delivery (delivery beyond the first accessible receiving area)

  • Limited access locations or restricted delivery windows

  • Any special handling needs at the delivery site

If additional services are required, FireKing will communicate applicable costs prior to delivery whenever possible.

Order Processing & Lead Times

  • In-stock / standard orders: typically ship within 2–5 business days

  • Custom and large orders: may take up to 10 business days to ship

Shipping timelines begin once the order is confirmed and ready for dispatch.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible for the scheduled delivery method. If the delivery location requires LTL service or special handling, applicable fees will be added to the order.
