AuditLok XL Simulator - Door Delay
DOOR DELAY: Use the SCROLL buttons to
select the door desired. Select TIMELOCK to access timelock settings for
the selected door.
DELAY: Door delay prevents immediate access. The purpose is to protect contents
and employees from violent crime by not allowing immediate access. Most robbers
do not want to wait for a door delay to time out.
ACCESS: If a door delay is set, the ACCESS time is the period at the end of the
delay during which a user may log in and immediately open this door. If the door
is not opened during this period the door is reset and the delay must be satisfied
again at the next attempt to open it.
ALARM: Once a door is physically opened the ALARM time is the maximum time the
door may remain open before an audible alarm sounds and a violation is logged
in the audit.
