Contractual Arrangement Options

FireKing Commercial Services has the premier infrastructure, trained staff and operational processes that enable us to deliver world class services cost effectively. Our customers can leverage our outstanding capabilities through two fundamental service arrangements:

Call Center Dispatched – Access our call center for Time & Material based resolution and/or dispatch of service support on an as-needed, first-come first-serve basis. This arrangement provides you:

  • A single point of contact & accountability for all your service needs
  • Agreed to set of standard rates for different types of service
    • Type of hardware (e.g. Safe or commercial lock)
    • Time that service is delivered (e.g. daytime, third shift, holidays)

This service arrangement also allows you to leverage the capabilities of our existing call centers, our national network of certified locksmiths and company owned fleet of service technicians.

In addition, if you have an existing call center you would like to retain, permanent or through a transition period, we can receive and execute the service requests from your call center allowing you to leverage our extensive service delivery capabilities.

Contracted Services – We operate under an annual, or multi-year, defined Service Level Agreement with set scope and clear expectations of service to be delivered. This arrangement provides you:

  • A single point of contact & accountability for all your service needs
  • Most economical rates for all contracted services
  • Detailed reporting on services provided and delivery performance
  • Quarterly service team review to make any necessary program changes
  • Annual evaluation and comprehensive program review
