Manufacturer's Limited Warranty* (Units built up to Dec. 31, 2006)

Three year limited warranty. If a mechanical or electrical component of the Image Vault digital recorder malfunctions during normal use, Image Vault will, at its option, repair or replace any such part according to the following schedule, as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

Parts and Labor. Image Vault will pay all standard freight charges to and from the location of the unit. Image Vault will also repair or replace failed components at no charge to the customer.

Image Vault, LLC reserves the right to have its representative inspect any product or part to honor any claim, and to receive a purchase receipt or other proof of purchase before warranty service is performed.

This warranty is limited to the terms stated herein. All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded, except as stated above. Image Vault disclaims all liabilities for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. Some states do no allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights as well, which will vary from state to state.

Warranty excludes user abuse, user errors and acts of God.

Any external device(s) not manufactured by Image Vault, LLC, such as cameras, uninterrupted power supplies, video monitors, TVS ATM interface adaptors, etc., are warranted for 90 days. You should contact the manufacturer of these products directly for warranty claims after 90 days of invoice.

*Serial Numbers IV1998015002 to IV2003036089:

First Year: Parts and labor. Image Vault will pay all standard freight charges to and from the location of the unit. Image Vault will also repair or replace failed components at no charge to the customer. Second and Third Year: Parts only. Customer is responsible to ship the unit to Image Vault with the proper packaging, insures the unit with the common carrier and is responsible for the freight charge. Customer is responsible for all labor charges. Image Vault will repair the digital recorder and ship it back to the customer free of standard freight charges.

Factory Repair 90 Day Warranty on Parts and Labor (Product Outside Original Warranty)
If an Image Vault DVR is OUT of Warranty (beyond 3 years from date of purchase) Image Vault will warranty Repairs and Labor for a period of 90 days from date of repair.
