Internet Demo DVR - Image Vault PRO-Command

For your convenience we have setup a Image Vault PRO-Command DVR system on the internet so that you can connect and view images from an actual unit. Here are the steps to getting connected:
  1. Download Image Vault PRO-Command 9.3.0 playback software: ZIP 27 MB zip
  2. Install playback software on your PC after downloading.
  3. Connect to internet (if not already connected).
  4. Start the playback software.
  5. Select Network, then click Connect.
  6. Create a new entry with an easy to remember name, such as IV Factory, and assign it an IP address of: 12.10.50.142
  7. Save your entry and click Connect.
  8. When prompted for a user name and password, use one of the following username/password combinations:

    Username USER1 with password USER1 (User Level)
    Username MANAGER with password MANAGER (Manager Level)

If you have any trouble connecting, contact Image Vault Technical Support at 1-888-IMAGEVAULT. If you have trouble using the software, refer to the online help in the software.

Playback software allows you to connect remotely to a compatible EM Series DVR to view live or stored video and data plus configure settings.

CMS Sofware Connection to EM Series DEMO: To connect to our Image Vault EM Series "online demo" unit, extract the files in this download and run the CMS installation utility. Five icons will be added to your desktop. Establish a connection to the internet. Open the CMS Watch application to watch live video only or open the CMS Playback to view stored video only. The first time you do this, make a new server connection: 1) Select the server connection icon underneath the Image Vault logo and select connection; 2) in the "Group" box type in a name of your choosing, and select add. 3) enter another name in the "name" box 4) in the "address box" enter 12.10.50.137 and in the "ID" box enter "guest" and leave the rest of the boxes the same 5) click "Add." Click Connect. Log in with user name "guest" (must be lower case) and leave the password field blank. When you connect an icon will appear under the server list. Click on that icon and drag it into the window on the left to view cameras.

Browser Connection to EM Series DEMO: Using Internet Explorer (do not use FireFox) go to http://12.10.50.137. If you are asked to install the Korean language package hit cancel then the log in screen should appear normally. At the login screen type in "guest" (all lower case) in the user name field. Leave the password field blank. Click Login. An Active-X control must be loaded. If your pop-up blocker prevents this, you must disable your pop-up blocker to allow loading.
